Return/ Refund Policy
We would hope that you are happy with your purchase but understand if you need to return your items. These are the guidelines for returning goods and do not affect your statutory rights
- All goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and your reason for returning the purchased item
- Some goods do not qualify for returns, goods such as earrings, soaps and beauty products
- To be eligible for a return , the items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact and in a resalable condition, if the item is not in a fully resalable condition on return to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Delivery charges for returned items that are not damaged are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in the returns process. We recommend sending items back by recorded or tracked delivery.
- In the event of goods arriving damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to replace them or offer a refund on return of goods.
- Please do not destroy or throw away any product that has arrived faulty or broken before you have spoken to us, as this may affect any refund you are entitled to.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. - Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
